PulsePost AI delivers tailored AI-Powered Efficiency Frameworks designed to help service-based businesses reduce overhead, improve internal operations, and increase profitability through customised system design and workflow automation. By engaging PulsePost AI or accessing our services, including but not limited to communication via SMS, you agree to the following terms:

📲 SMS Notifications & Communication

PulsePost AI may send appointment reminders, confirmations, or important updates via SMS to support your framework onboarding and service experience. You may cancel SMS services at any time by texting "STOP." You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enrol. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did initially. For help, text "HELP" or email [email protected].Standard messaging and data rates may apply. PulsePost AI and its carriers are not liable for any delayed, lost, or undelivered SMS messages.

📋 Service Terms & Engagement

The minimum engagement period for our Efficiency Frameworks is three (3) months. During this period, the contract cannot be terminated early unless mutually agreed.After this term, the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with a minimum 30 days' written notice.Payments are due as agreed in the proposal. All services — including implementation, automation building, and support — will pause immediately if payments are missed or the plan is discontinued.Our services are designed to optimise operations, not provide general VA support or unrelated consulting. Scope is limited to the agreed framework.

90-Day Efficiency Guarantee

We guarantee measurable efficiency improvements within 90 days if the following conditions are met:

You complete onboarding, follow our recommendations, and purchase/setup any required tools. You implement the high-leverage systems identified by our team.

You maintain timely collaboration and provide access to necessary systems. Efficiency is defined as quantifiable improvements in profitability, workflow, or time savings — such as automating tasks that save your team 3+ hours per week. If these conditions are met and no improvements are delivered, we’ll continue working at no extra cost until they are — within the scope of the original framework.

Automation Scope

To ensure sustainable delivery, all automations (e.g., via Make.com) are capped at:

- 20 modules per scenario

- 3 third-party platform integrations

- 2,000 operations per run (unless otherwise agreed)

Requests beyond this scope may require a revised agreement or incur additional fees.

Platform, Tool & AI Output Disclaimer

PulsePost AI is not responsible for the performance, outages, or limitations of third-party software, platforms, or tools used as part of the Framework.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content or outputs before using them in a live or external-facing capacity.
PulsePost AI accepts no responsibility for any damages, errors, or losses resulting from reliance on third-party tools or AI results.

Refunds Policy

PulsePost AI does not offer refunds on any services once delivery has commenced or assets have been shared, unless otherwise required by law.

Limited Liability

PulsePost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of a proven service failure due to direct negligence, liability is strictly limited to the fees paid in the previous one (1) month.

Confidentiality

All pricing and service details are confidential. Clients agree not to share or use these for competitive purposes for a minimum of three (3) years.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
